Returns
According to the EU Distance Selling Directive, the consumer is protected by several safeguards and entitlements. Cartridge Plus is committed to complying with this directive. As a consumer you are entitled to a fourteen-day ‘cooling-off period*’, whereby you are entitled to return your purchase to us for any reason** within fourteen days of receipt of same, and be refunded the price that you paid, minus the shipping charge. This safeguard applies only where the products in question are unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned to us in full saleable condition. Charges for return-shipment must be borne by the purchaser.
* The cooling-off period only applies to B2C clients. B2B clients have no such entitlement according to the Distance Selling Directive. **’Specials’, once accepted by you as such, can not be returned to us. Items that fall outside the 14 day cooling-off period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Cartridge Plus reserves the right to decline to accept returns and/or to levy a re-stocking fee. Original products:
In the event that you’ve purchased a faulty original or OEM product from Cartridge Plus, please contact the manufacturer directly for further instruction. Many original equipment manufacturers require that the end-user initiate such returns procedures directly with them (but we will of course honour the guarantee if the OEM suggests that course of action). The warranty period is limited to 12 months from date of invoice. Please feel free to contact us with any queries you might have.
Compatible / Generic products
In the event that your compatible purchase is faulty Cartridge Plus will offer a 12 month warranty.
Re-manufactured products
In the event that your re-manufactured purchase is faulty Cartridge Plus undertakes to replace said product or refund the product purchase price, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
In each of the cases above please contact us directly for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (“RMA”) number BEFORE returning goods. This RMA number and a copy of the delivery note or invoice must accompany any item being returned to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The following conditions must be satisfied for a valid guarantee claim:
The claim must be made and a RMA number requested within the guarantee period. This may be done by email, fax or telephone, the product must be returned to us
within 5 working days of receipt of the RMA number, the article must be packaged properly, the guarantee form must be clearly filled out with your address, telephone number and RMA number. A copy of the delivery note or invoice must accompany the returned item(s). The customer assumes responsibility for any anomalies that may arise during shipment (i.e. damaged or destroyed goods, delays etc.).
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If paid for by credit card, a credit will be issued to the original credit card number provided on that specific order. If product(s) purchased from Cartridge Plus should be returned for whatever reason, the customer shall return the product(s) to us under the following terms:
RMA number
Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (“RMA”) number by contacting customer service. An RMA must be requested within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Supporting documentation
Customer shall return the products to Cartridge Plus, along with the original invoice or delivery note (or a copy of either). If no invoice is to hand, please include a letter specifying the problem, and including date of purchase, invoice number and customer ID (if known). Also please include your first and last name, and your phone number. This will help us expedite a solution and allow us to contact you if there are any problems or concerns regarding your return.
Return to Cartridge Plus.
Before a refund and/or reshipment can be issued, the cartridges in question must be returned to Cartridge Plus. Cartridge Plus will not be responsible for damaged parts if customer does not follow this process. Please retain shipping information including tracking numbers, until your account has been credited by Cartridge Plus or replacement product is received. Cartridge Plus cannot be held liable for any lost packages that are not given any type of tracking number or documentation. If Cartridge Plus determines that failure of the product(s) was not as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, or if the reason for return does not involve failure, then Cartridge Plus reserves the right to charge the customer for parts and labour at Cartridge Plus current labour rate, or charge the customer a 20% restocking fee. Cartridge Plus will advise customer prior to assessing these charges. If no order number, invoice number, delivery note or RMA number is included, there will be a delay in the returns process. If you do not state whether you desire a refund or a replacement, a standard replacement will be issued. You will not receive a refund or reshipment if you use over 25% of the product.
Taxes
All products offered for sale on this site display prices inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate in Ireland.

We accept payments through Stripe and Paypal.
Prices
Cartridge Plus reserves the rights to change the prices of any or all of its products without prior notification. Please note that both ex-VAT and VAT-inclusive prices are prominently displayed beside each product’s order button.
Delivery
Cartridge Plus use GLS and DPD couriers for our deliveries. All orders placed before 4.30pm are available for next day, nationwide delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders of €50 euro or more and €3.99 on orders under €50. Prices are excluding Vat.
